To all those who joined the Guild at the Spring Moot or the Great Erdrejan Fayre, and other Guild members,

Due to overwhelming demand (!) we ran out of membership certificates during these times so if you did not receive your certificate then please come and see us at the Summer Moot or the Gathering and we will be happy to issue you with your membership certificate. Remember you need to produce your certificate if you request any training from us.

I have been collating our membership records, and also ask that when you collect your certificate you could check the details we have for you - some of our people helping to scribe the initial details provided to us have an interesting style of script - one that I have found very difficult to copy when transferring the details to our official records. I would like to confirm that I have spelt your names correctly in our records.

On this note the post of Membership Secretary is still open - if anyone would like to apply please see me at the Moot. I would very much like to fill this post as it will save me having to send out notices like this!

This distinctive hand writing might be mine well be mine if you want to send a copy (scanned?) then I may well be able to shed some light upon what it says.

Thank you Othgir, however, it was actually a number of people's script. In fact pretty much the only writing I could read was my own!

It is very likely that my own recording of information could be described as 'interesting'. Would it help if I went through your lists during the coming Moot to try to decipher my script?

I also have to admit my handwriting leaves alot to be desired....I'll probably have to help to. I try to write in block unjoined letters on documents though as most people can't read my hand....
