To all People of Erdreja

Recent events have transpired that have made it impossible for Ornesis to continue in his duties as Arch High Incantor and Head of the Incantor's Guild.

Therefore, to his great relief and personal well-being, at the first Moot of this year 1108, I relieved Ornesis of all official duties concerning the Incantor's Guild.

The Ancestors have ordained, that I, Cai-Lin, should be appointed as Arch High Incantor and Head of the Incantor's Guild.

Ornesis attended the sacred Council of the second Moot to officially say goodbye and thank you to the Guild, and to bestow the blessings of the Ancestors on my new appointment and to offer me his personal endorsement.

I hope I can count on the support of all Guild members as I take up my new role.

I hereby declare Ornesis an honourary member of the Incantor's Guild. He will continue to be welcome at the Guild and where possible will receive our help and support when required.

I have appointed Skandielle Aryvandaar as a new Guild Master and my Senior Advisor. He is from the time of the birth of Incantation and I can think of no-one better qualified to advise me on matters of faith and the Ancestors than him. Please accord Skandielle the appropriate respect fitting for a Master of the Incantor's Guild.

If anybody wishes to understand in more detail the events that have transpired over recent months which have brought us to these changes of command I suggest you speak to me or one of the other Guild Masters at the Gathering of Nations.

Congratulations Cai-Lin & Skandielle! Very wise appointments as both have much to teach. I learnt a great deal from my short conversation with Skandielle and I'm sure will learn a great deal more in years to come.
